Downloading and using the application also implies acceptance of each platform’s own terms of use.

All elements of the Hygicontrol website and applications — structure, source code, databases, interfaces, texts, illustrations, pictograms, diagrams, template documents (including the Food Safety Control Plan and protocol sheets), logos and graphic charter — are the exclusive property of EASYTECH SOLUTIONS or are licensed to it, and are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, extraction or reuse, in whole or in part, of these elements, by any means and on any medium, is prohibited without prior written authorisation from EASYTECH SOLUTIONS. Unauthorised use may constitute infringement under articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Template documents made available to customers (Food Safety Control Plan, protocol sheets, registers) are licensed for internal use within the customer’s establishments for the duration of the subscription. Any disclosure to third parties, resale or public redistribution is prohibited.

The name “Hygicontrol”, the associated logo and the distinctive signs appearing on the website and applications are operated by EASYTECH SOLUTIONS. Any use, reproduction or imitation of these signs without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Other trademarks, names and logos mentioned, including those of technical partners and distribution platforms, remain the property of their respective owners and are cited for information only.

The website may contain links to third-party sites. EASYTECH SOLUTIONS exercises no control over those sites and disclaims any liability for their content, practices or privacy policies. Linking to hygicontrol.fr is permitted provided it does not harm EASYTECH SOLUTIONS’ image or imply a non-existent partnership. EASYTECH SOLUTIONS reserves the right to request removal of any link it considers prejudicial.

Personal data processing in connection with the website and applications is described in the Privacy Policy, available from the site footer and within the application. The use of trackers and cookies is described in the Cookie Policy.

When Hygicontrol is used by a customer establishment, that establishment acts as controller for its employees’ data; EASYTECH SOLUTIONS then acts as processor under article 28 GDPR, under the terms of the data-processing agreement concluded with the customer.

EASYTECH SOLUTIONS endeavours to keep the website and applications available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Access may nevertheless be interrupted, including for maintenance, updates or failures of networks or technical providers. Such interruptions shall not engage EASYTECH SOLUTIONS’ liability.

Regulatory information, document templates and reference values provided by Hygicontrol are supplied for information and to help implement sanitary obligations. They do not constitute legal advice and do not replace the operator’s responsibility as sole party accountable for the compliance of its establishment and the accuracy of information it records, pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 852/2004.

Pursuant to article 6-I-7 of the LCEN, any clearly unlawful content observed on the website may be reported to contact@easytechsolutions.fr, stating the date of observation, a precise description of the facts, the URL concerned and the reasons why the content is considered unlawful.

These legal notices are governed by French law. Contractual relations with professional customers are governed by the General Subscription Terms. Failing amicable resolution, any dispute relating to use of the website or applications shall be brought before the competent courts of the registered office of EASYTECH SOLUTIONS, subject to any mandatory rules of jurisdiction.
